The Spirit of Spring is everywhere in the Ostara's Altar sim. You will find a variety of unique outfits, make up, home furnishings and accessories with just a touch of darkness around their pastel edges.  The Ostara's Altar Event * will end April 5. There's still time to find wonders for your wardrobe, your altar or your home. There are lovely places all over the sim that would be perfect for your Spring photographs.

Fae Wings from EgosumAii, which come in Animesh or Bento.

In Celtic tradition, the Hare is sacred to the Goddess and is the totem animal of lunar goddesses such as Hecate, Freyja and Holda - 
the hare is a symbol for the moon. 
The Goddess most closely associated with the Hare is Eostre, or Ostara.

Many tales are told of the dedicated priestess and her devoted guardian, or was it the earnest prince and his wise adviser? You decide.  

Twisted Hunt continues till the end of March. You can find clothing, environments and accessories to add to your everyday life and to roleplay. Most of the items in the pictures today are prizes in side hunts at the participating stores. 
Try the side hunts after you have finished the Main Hunt for even more divine challenges.

Ostara Rising

She comes like a breath of fresh air

She comes like the shoot rising upward
And you cannot help but lift your eyes to the sky.
She comes like the flower bursting forth
And you cannot help but laugh in delight.
She comes like the urge to dance
And you cannot help but spread your arms wide.
She comes like the first warm rains
And you cannot help but cry tears of joy.
She comes like the scent of all beginnings
And you cannot help but open your heart.

I took pictures in the lovely Ostara's Altar * location on Ostara eve while modeling some of the items you can find there. It's a wonderful place to take pictures as well as to find bargains!  The beautiful setting will make you feel like Spring has arrived even if it's still frigid in your RL location.

I found this little niche between two of the shops and placed my copy of the Spring Altar *  from Roawenwood  there so that I could kneel and celebrate the arrival of Spring. You can set up your altar quickly and easily on your own land.
