Te Moana In Glaciem comes in 7 glacial colors with 4 metals and 7 pearl colors and a variety of illumination levels. Each color sold separately, or you can splurge and get them ALL in the Fatpack.

• You'll need to visit Aii & Ego to purchase the Riptide Tail. It's a wonderful animated unisex tail which is used by a number of Mer artists as the base for their mods.

Time to think about New Year's activities and what we plan to manifest in 2025. For those special occasions in Second Life may I suggest this EXCLUSIVE set from Lunchmeat currently available @ Winter's Hollow?

When I first tried this outfit, I thought it would be too simple, but I've worn it to several events in the last week and the simplicity is its strength. It has large panels on Corset, Skirts and Boots which can be hud-colored to suit almost any need whether you're attending a DJ party or a Great Rite. It moves well and is modest but sexy.

The Dicken's Project 2024

The season of light continues beyond December 25. If you're looking for something a little different to do this season, don't miss the Dicken's Project presented by the Seanchai Library in Second Life. 

Self-guided tours will have fans of Dicken's Christmas Carol feeling quite at home as they move through two regions full of Victorian sights and sounds. 

There are also a variety of literary and musical events scheduled and unscheduled till the Project closes on January 5. Click HERE for the calendar and info on programs. Join the Group to be alerted to spontaneous events.

Innsmouth has a presence in the more questionable part of London @ the Dicken's Project. There's a dark little house down by the waterfront that will remind you of Lovecraft's Innsmouth.  

Visit Fuzzbutt and Arik at their home away from home HERE. If they aren't around, I'm sure they'd be happy to have you sit before the fire and rest as you read about Innsmouth and the Elder Gods before resuming your travels through the regions.

• Merfolk celebrate the holidays too! Though our trees may look like seashells and our presents tend to be pretty colonies of coral and strands of seaweed, we like to exchange gifts and spend special time with our families. Tribute to the Cailleach

The Cailleach is the mother of all gods and goddesses in Scotland.
Scottish folk tale collector, J.G MacKay, refers to her as the most tremendous figure in Gaelic myth today. Although her name can be found throughout Scotland in folklore, customs, ancient monuments and the natural landscape, the Cailleach is one of the lesser-known figures of Celtic mythology and is often overlooked. Her true origins have been lost over time. She is vastly ancient and predates even the Celtic mythology of which she has become a part.

The Cailleach is a crone goddess, usually depicted dressed entirely in grey. Her face is wan and blue, like that of a corpse, and her hair is long and speckled with frost. She is the one who brings winter to the world and freezes the land in order to cause seeds to germinate. Source

• A different take on the Goddess of Winter with the use of items from Aii & Ego available in the MAIN STORE.

Creature of the Night

In spite of what the Halloween sims might lead us to believe, not every Night Spirit is black or red. Through the centuries, blue was frequently used to indicate a being of unusual power.

The Night Demon may not seem imposing, but she controls the movement of the moon and produces the fire of passion in her fingertips. She uses wisdom and skill rather than a frightening aspect to dominate the night.
