Not only can you find a new house and landscaping @ Ostara's Altar, you can also find the furnishings to decorate your new home. Several of the shops have houses and furniture available. When you purchase items from a themed event, you're already halfway to having a coordinated look without the frustration of jumping around the grid or doomscrolling in MP.
Take the teleporter to the Rez area to get up close and personal with some of the housing and landscaping options. Outside the door to the Cottage you can see the EXCLUSIVE Ostara's Blessing Rune Reader * from Goddess Creations. It's golden, it's glowy, it has internal fires and comes nestled in field grasses and flowers! Touch it and it will give you a reading for the rune displayed.
- Though Ostara's Altar focuses more on light colors and brightness than the other Dark Passions events, there are plenty of items for those who only wear black because nothing darker has been created.

- Though it wasn't always the case, most people from the 19th century on have thought of fairies as minuscule beings with butterfly wings.
- There are hundreds of varieties of fae folk of all sizes with and without wings. Sprites, Brownies, Dryads, Nymphs, Elves and Elementals are just a few of the categories in the English-speaking countries. Fae folk tend to materialize out of nowhere and appear with slightly skewed human or animal features which are either uncomfortably ugly or unbelievably beautiful.
- Your imagination is the only limit to becoming a fae creature in Second Life. Whether you prefer gossamer and sparkles or leaves and mud, you can put together a fairy persona to suit your tastes.
- Today's looks lean towards the Earth Elementals, who protect wild nature and are often hard to distinguish from the plants and animals they defend.
