Treat?

Trying to find the perfect setting for your Halloween party? A walk down Trick or Treat Lane and a quick stop at MP should give you plenty of inspiration. 
I bought a 40x40 Burton themed skybox for a ridiculously low price on MP. (It wasn't a dollarbee but it might as well have been.) 
The chair and crooked bookcases are gacha items that I had in my inventory from last year. The rest of the home accessories are EXCLUSIVES and FREE gifts @ Trick or Treat Lane. If you visited ToTL when it first opened, make a return trip. I noticed a number of things I had missed on my first time through because this time I wasn't focused on clothing or hair!
I set up my cozy little focal point, started the pumpkins hovering, added some music and a dance ball and my party venue is all ready. By limiting my palette to black, white and orange, everything is coordinated and by using free gifts and things I already had in my inventory, I have a totally unique party location without breaking the bank.

Just a reminder: be careful what you wish for. When you're doing your candle magic this year, don't summon up any random demons. There are enough nasty and destructive spirits in the world right now. 

I was wandering around Trick or Treat Lane and noticed an intriguing building hidden away from the main shopping area.  I had found the Witchy Lair* EXCLUSIVE constructed by Rivendale. It's available in skybox or ground versions and very reasonably priced.
I'd been reading Seduction by M.J.Rose and decided it was time to see if there was anything to it.  Hmmm.... contact someone?  My wiser self tried to stop me, but I didn't listen.

I decorated with Luminaires* from Candle and Cauldron and Jack O'lanterns* from Livid, 
I brought along a good supply of matches and candles, dressed in the gift dress from Get Frocked and leggings and shoes from 1313 Mockingbird Lane and started chanting. 
I accidently brushed against a hidden lever near the window and all heck broke loose! 
My candle dropped down into the catacomb that opened at my feet and I lost my glasses. 
I couldn't really see, but I'm pretty sure a demon came flying up the steps! It could have been a really big bat; I will never be sure, but I do know this will be the last time I try a midnight séance all alone!

Trick or Treat Lane Oct 12 ~ Nov 2

Come Ghoulies and Ghosties and long-legged Gothies and Things that go BUMP! in the night. Your wait is over: Trick or Treat Lane is returning and it's even bigger and better than last year! The sim opens Friday (probably around 1pm slt... it's tradition, you know). 
I'll be witching watching for you. 

To find all things magical and Hallowe'eny, just point your broom in the direction of the moon and drop into ToTL. You'll find everything you need to decorate your sim, dress for that costume party or to add the perfect touch to your Samhain altar.
