We all know that witches aren't the way they are depicted in the storybooks any more than your family is like the storybook ones. Witches dress in cut offs and cute tees just like you and me. In fact, the only reason they wear big hats is to keep the sun from giving them skin cancer as they work in their gardens and ride their bikes.
