Ostara's Altar: Night Watch

The Ostara's Altar Event offers wonders galore for those who are more familiar with moonlight than the rays of dawn and who would be at home among unicorns and ghostly butterflies.
This outfit from [QE] combines the best of hunting leathers and femininity. The vest, skirt and boots have lovely embroidered flower accents, a hud to change the lacing colors and comes in a golden faun color or the rich sable shown.

Ember's Cauldron: Wonders for a Worthy Cause

It's time once again for the residents of Second Life to do what they do best: helping others.

Watch for Ember's Cauldrons in your favorite fantasy shops. One of SL's favorite creators of magical environments, Elicio Ember from Cerridwen's Cauldron, has given and given and is now on the receiving end of the great cycle. His father has been ill and the medical bills are stacking up. The fantasy creators who will be bringing you Fantasy Faire in April have taken time out of their busy schedules to dedicate their talents to help one of their own.
You can donate directly to the cauldrons or purchase special items such as the Pernkern Horns I'm modelling here from Soul. Pick up a Shopping Hud at any of the stores to be taken swiftly to the other participating locations. Every little bit helps.

Transcendence

A lovely accessory from +Aii. Transcendence features an aura of Hamsa hands and a lovely floaty shawl. The hands move slowly and the bottom pair surround you gently with the shawl.

The Hamsa Hand is an ancient amulet symbolizing the Hand of God. In all faiths, including those in the middle east and among Native Americans, it is a protective sign. It brings its owner happiness, luck, health, and good fortune. The hamsa hand has a wide variety of different spellings which includes hamesh, hamsa, chamsa, and khamsa. Depicting the open hand and the eye of god, it is an image recognized and used as a sign of protection in many times throughout history.

Momento Mori & Hentai Faire 2

A couple of good events this week for those who never have too much horror and who like Aberrant accessories...

Memento Mori has the themes of Horror, death and extreme fetishism. Now, I wonder who likes those things... ? The shops are lovely crypts and there are a couple of graveyards, which must be sacred ground because I couldn't enter them in my demon form, but which make nice photo backgrounds.
