Twisted Bronco Buster

It wouldn't be a Twisted Rodeo if it didn't have really well-hidden twisted cubes, unique gifts and a bucking bronco or two. 

Invite your friends to test their speed and skill @ the Twisted Rodeo and Mini-Hunt. There is a horse rezzer in the Rodeo grounds. Use the racetrack or one of the corrals to show how well you can ride. You have till June 30 to perfect your skills before the event closes.

Someone in Twisted Group chat asked if the Teeglepet horses could buck, so I went to the site to find out. I am happy to report that you can set the horses to "spook", "buck", and "rear' as well as walking, cantering, trotting and galloping. They won't buck you off like the mechanical bull that opened Aznana's first blog for this event, but they will provide some good photo opportunities

Twisted Business Partners

Western tradition says there should be a posed photo of business partners to hang on the office wall of the ranch. You see them all over the old west. William and I headed over to Cowus & Sons, where there is a nice photo studio as well as fresh vegetables and dry goods.

We posed with the latest addition to the herd, Bessy, while wearing outfits from Psyche's Pstyles. Both outfits are available in RFL kiosks, so we felt good about making a donation to the American Cancer Society while getting a new look.

Twisted Rodeo June 1 - 30

It's that lovely time of year when the nice folks who bring you the Twisted Hunts lose their minds to the heat.

Come on down to the Twisted Rodeo, a sales event featuring western and bovine themed goodies. This is a Relay for Life event so look for vendors marked with RFL and American Cancer Society stickers to turn your purchases into donations. 

There is a Mini Hunt Featuring Twisted cubes with wood and cowhide spotted markings. The Twisted Cubes are fiendishly hidden, though there aren't any decoys. 

My one hint for the hunt would be "Look HIGH and low". Find 11 Hunt cubes in the rodeo grounds and town. 

• Play the games
• Rezz a Teeglepet Horse and ride it around the track or through the town
• The Mechanical Bull is available to let you practice falling on your ***. My record was 10.03 seconds.

Aii's Spirit Fox

Fox spirits and nine-tailed foxes appear frequently in Chinese folklore, literature, and mythology. Depending on the story, the fox spirit's presence may be a good or a bad omen. The motif of nine-tailed foxes from Chinese culture was eventually transmitted and introduced to Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cultures. [1]



Foxes are a common subject of Japanese folklore; in English, the word kitsune refers to them in this context. Stories depict legendary foxes as intelligent beings and as possessing paranormal abilities that increase with their age and wisdom.
