Enjoying a quick trip around the multiverse with items from the Twisted Hunt *. 

At 13 days in, we still have a LONG way to go and there is End Game to tackle, but so far William and I have had an amazing time! 

If you haven't started Twisted yet, you might want to do that SOON! It is not an easy hunt and there are all those side hunts to distract you along the way. I got distracted by the one at [QE], but I'm a huge [QE] fan, so that was to be expected ...

Encounter with a Cyber Fae

When I signed up for deep space duty, I never imagined that some day I'd be eye-to-eye with a genuine frickin' fairy, but I followed the glow from this mysterious stone to what was obviously some kind of old ceremonial site or temple and the next thing I knew I was getting buzzed by little people with wings. 

I swear I hadn't had a drop to drink in weeks. I'd been in hybersleep fgs! but there they were. One landed on my shoulder and seemed to fall asleep and the bigger one started giving me an earful in her own language. She seemed to be telling me all about the glowing rock, but she sounded like a swam of bees when she spoke. I recorded her. Maybe tech can slow it down enough for somebody to translate it.

I did my best to think happy thoughts and exude non-aggression. The little folks finally left. They seemed satisfied that I was an okay creature. I hope our species can live together on this planet without screwing it up for any of us, but that's for the politicians to decide, not for a grunt like me. What do I know? I just had a date with a cyber fairy (and her chaperone). 
All in all, I think it went pretty well. Better than some of the earth dates I've had.

Twisted Hunt Spring 2020

For those of you who may be unfamiliar with the Twisted Hunts, this is the 12th year the organizers and merchants have created a hunt experience that is proud of its reputation as being the hardest hunt on the grid. Twisted Hunt Spring 2020 presents new and even more maddening challenges to the Twisted community.

This is not a walk in the park where you pick up gifts along the way. You also will not find cute, harmless prizes. Many of them are downright TWISTED in any connotation you can apply to the word. Hints are useless and many of the merchants move the cube frequently... oh, and there are decoys. Don't forget the decoys!
 You will have to use your camming skills, your knowledge, your research skills, your sense of humor and a lot of time to find all the cubes along the way. Many of the merchants have side hunts for additional gifts, as well as theme-related gachas and sale items.

The theme is Cyberpunk and the cubes are a lovely shade of teal with the extra added attraction of being mostly transparent (Yes, I am inside the Twisted cube in the accompanying picture-the ones you're hunting for are probably much smaller).
