Solaris from Aii

• This round of the Engine Room brings you Solaris Layered Armor from Aii. 
• Whether your particular style is Fantasy/Renaissance or Futuristic/Space, the armor pieces will suit your needs. 
• Pieces can be worn as a Full Outfit as shown or choose just the parts you want. Multiple styles of Gauntlets, Pauldrons and an optional Codpiece are included.
• There is a huge texture hud to personalize the different parts, including striped and solid versions for the corset and stockings.

• It features PBR so be sure you have the latest viewer versions and have Advanced Materials active to enjoy the best textures. 
• Currently available for Reborn, VTech and Legacy bodies with variations. Demos are available @ the Engine Room and @ Aii MAIN STORE.

• I paired the new armor with a number of Aii and Aii & Ego classics available at the MAIN STORE: 
• Hell Hair Sonata (top & bottom) and Serenity (center). Hair Hell styles have 64 colors in each of the 4 tabs in the hud: Solid, Ombre, 2-Tone and Roots. You can also tint the hair using the BOM option.
• Fallen Comet body tattoo in Oblivion, Neptune, Mars available in a huge Fatpack with EvoX and SLUV.
• Mythical Eye Shadow is from Mythical Mega Makeup Pack with EvoX and SLUV.

Midnight Matinee

Would you enjoy attending a movie at a dilapidated movie theater in a harbor town inhabited by questionable and slightly disreputable characters? 

Every Wednesday @ 1 pm slt, the residents of Innsmouth, a light RP region dedicated to the works of author H.P. Lovecraft, share a B-rated movie complete with brilliant comments and heckling from the audience ala MST3K. You're invited to join us in the Innsmouth Theater. There is plenty of seating. Come for the movie and stay to explore. 

Innsmouth is not a temporary build for spooky season. It recently celebrated its 15th anniversary. The tingles going down your spine are real, as are the wonderfully unique residents.

I arrived early to get my favorite seat. I grabbed some popcorn in the lobby and could feel my eyes glaze over as I walked down the aisle. Ah! Guilty pleasures!

Dust Devil

I live in the US desert southwest. I wanted a look that would reflect the spirit of the high desert. 

In this part of the country, the local wisdom is that everything is trying to kill you: animals are fierce, plants have thorns and insects are poisonous. It isn't unusual to see large columns of swirling dust moving across the desert floor. These are known as "dust devils", so my avatar needed to be a dust-colored and without even a hint of softness. 

• Aii to the rescue! Everything I'm featuring today is available in the MAIN STORE [Click each link below to go directly to the item in the store].

• Draconis is one of my favorite Aii mods. It's been updated for use with a variety of mesh bodies both male and female and comes with both EvoX BOM and SLUV head tattoos. Dragon scales cover the face, arms and legs. Other BOM tattoos are included for totally different looks, though for me, the gold metallic scales are the most important part of the look.

• I combined Draconis with Ancient Wings. These wings come with their own AO and include feathers and several different styles of decorative armor for use as Dragons, Angels or Demons. I wanted a rough desert look, so I'm using them stripped down to the skin with just the basic armor for a touch of shine.

• My BOM Finger mods and Claw Jewelry are Demonic Touch. Like all Aii products, there is a large texture hud and variations to personalize the look. There are creepy eyes to add to the hands as well, but that isn't part of the desert culture, so I'll save those for another time.

• Necromantic Hair is part of the Hair Hell collection. It includes the optional Horns. There are 64 colors in each of the 4 tabs in the hud: Solid, Ombre, 2-Tone and Roots. You can also tint the hair using the BOM option (be sure to follow the instructions carefully for the best result).
