Twisted Hunt October 1 - 31

• Are you ready for Twisted? After a break that lasted far too long for the Twisted Hunters, we're back with magic, mystery and spooky surprises along the way. This year's theme is Hell Froze Over, so expect ice and fire!

• Twisted is notorious for being the Hardest Hunt on the grid. If you're one of those whose "hunt" experience has been limited to walking through an event and tripping over prizes you have to pay for, it's time to join the world of REAL hunting! 
• Twisted cubes are frequently in plain sight, but they may be fiendishly hidden and may be accompanied by baby cubes and dozens of decoy cubes as well.  They may mock you, attack you or call you names, but they have unique goodies inside and the prizes are FREE for the intrepid Hunters.

• Your journey begins HERE. Make your way between the displays of pictures, awards and memorabilia from former Twisted Hunts @ Hunt Headquarters.
• Touch the twisting cube above the altar for your official start packet. You can't miss it though you may have to jump over or fight off cubes from former hunts to get to it. Don't expect it to be this easy to find any of the other cubes on this hunt.

Midnight Matinee

Would you enjoy attending a movie at a dilapidated movie theater in a harbor town inhabited by questionable and slightly disreputable characters? 

Every Wednesday @ 1 pm slt, the residents of Innsmouth, a light RP region dedicated to the works of author H.P. Lovecraft, share a B-rated movie complete with brilliant comments and heckling from the audience ala MST3K. You're invited to join us in the Innsmouth Theater. There is plenty of seating. Come for the movie and stay to explore. 

Innsmouth is not a temporary build for spooky season. It recently celebrated its 15th anniversary. The tingles going down your spine are real, as are the wonderfully unique residents.

I arrived early to get my favorite seat. I grabbed some popcorn in the lobby and could feel my eyes glaze over as I walked down the aisle. Ah! Guilty pleasures!

Resting Witch... ToTL

When witches go riding

And black cats are seen

The moon laughs and whispers

"'Tis near Hallowe'en"

We all know that witches aren't the way they are depicted in the storybooks any more than your family is like the storybook ones. Witches dress in cut offs and cute tees just like you and me. In fact, the only reason they wear big hats is to keep the sun from giving them skin cancer as they work in their gardens and ride their bikes.
