Items from two very different events combine for a look that's unbelievably powerful

The Aether Suit from Aii & Ego * can be found on the upper level of the Engine Room. It comes with boots, gloves with built-in nails and body armor. 

Wear black or white with gold or silver metalwork and 7 hud-controlled accent colors to change the edging and jewels. BOM body coverings in gold or silver + 5 colors are included but not shown. I'm not wearing the BOM tattoo because I wanted to show off the skin. I added some gold pasties for the pictures.

You can't really call yourself a SL hunter until you've lost your mind doing Twisted! Participating stores show no mercy when it comes to hiding the Twisted cubes, using decoys, lighting and deception (some retexture their stores just for the Hunt) to make it more difficult. When you finally find the cube, it always contains something unexpected like this Cruel Skin from 7 Deadly S[k]ins and the face tats from Kumiho J!nx. Many locations have themed gachas and side hunts to add to the madness.

Necrotic Tail

For those who love their demons with a touch of elegance, Aii & Ego has just released the Necrotic Tail  in sizes from small - xlarge in both Animesh and Bento so it will work with any  regular sized body (shown here in medium). You'll find it at the Main Store.

This is not some well-behaved little imp tail. It reminds me of a dragon's skeletal appendage.  

It undulates around and even strikes. There are 17 colors in the hud and you can color the base tail, the spikes and tip and the tattoo. The tattoos make intricate embossed designs on each section. For you really creative folks out there, cell shading is also available.

As always, here is the comparison using Advanced Lighting and regular lighting. These are raw shots, no Photoshop or special filters: 

This time having materials enhanced made a lot of difference. The only thing I changed between these pictures was to toggle the Advance lighting off in the one on the right. 

Not only did the designs on the tail wash out under the regular lighting, you couldn't even see the thorns on my arms and legs.  

If you've been wondering how SL photographers get their pictures to look like paintings while yours look like cartoons, try turning on your Advance Lighting. It sometimes makes a huge difference!
